Customer Service Advisor
Dartford Based

Repairs and Maintenance

Must have prior Customer Service experience

Dartford - Office Based

Monday - Friday (8:00am - 17:00pm)

Looking for someone to start immediately

The Duties:

• The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the reporting of repairs. The role will involve;

  • Answer phone calls from residents and clients in the housing and healthcare facilities
  • Raising repair requests, ensuring that all relevant information is logged accurately on the in-house reporting system (Planet FM)
  • Providing updates on jobs
  • Ensure that any update notes are added to all jobs with sufficient detail, and that they are fully up to date and accurate;
  • Actively monitor the communal email folders for repairs reported and action where appropriate within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • This role is predominantly telephone based and will involve the logging of jobs in the system.

Working in a contact centre environment for a maintenance contractor or housing association would be good to see.
