Job Description:

Trident Healthacre are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join and NHS team on the picturesque Isle of Wight. This is a full-time position with a excellent pay rate of 50.00 per hour, available immediately and lasting until at least March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications om ward rounds.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Dispensary
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medications as necessary.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication management and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
