Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Distribution Centre based in Cambuslang as a Class 2 Delivery Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their driving career with Tue-Sat AM shifts.

Class 2 Delivery Driver

• Days £14.70ph (+£1.77ph Hols up front if requested = £16.47ph)

• Time & Half after 48 hours

• Tue-Sat shifts available Ongoing work.

• Approx 10 hour shifts.

• £50 weekly bonus for first 4 weeks.

Class 2 Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Curtainside work Heavy Loading/Unloading required.

• Customer Delivery 2 man teams.

• Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.

• Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.

Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position

• Great work ethic.

• Minimum 6 Months UK Class 2 driving experience.

• Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card.

• Be professional and presentable at all times.

• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.

• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.

• No IN10, TT99 or DR10.
