We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in and around Ipswich / Surrounding Areas.
A Site Manager will be required late November by an interior fit out contractor who specialise in office and warehouse fit outs.
As the Site Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience so as to have the skills to simultaneously manage multiple elements to the site.
Your experience will be required to effectively control the subcontractors whilst leading the site-based interaction with the client's design and administration team.
The Projects are valued circa 400K- 2.5M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will have to be quite an expert in logistics and they will include some external works also.
You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
