We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our Accounting & Finance department in our organisation based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The ideal candidate will oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Description

• Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
• Manage all payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
• Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and policies.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• A solid understanding of payroll operations and laws.
• Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive daily salary in the range of 172 to 215 per day GBP.
