The Role:

• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups to enhance their learning experience.
• Assist teachers in creating and delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils, encouraging positive relationships and behavior.
• Contribute to the overall classroom environment by preparing resources and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
