Job Description: As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the educational and social development of children aged 5-7. You will work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support to pupils, help manage classroom activities, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Support the social and emotional development of pupils.
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and areas for development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Understanding of the KS1 curriculum and learning strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Relevant qualifications is desirable (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, NVQ Level 2/3)
