Salary: £130 - £140 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time

GSL Education are looking for Supply Teacher in primary schools across Ashford, offering an excellent opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a variety of classroom settings.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher (Primary), you ll play a vital role in ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences. You ll adapt to different classroom environments, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students in their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver curriculum-based lessons across Year 5 to Year 11.
• Quickly adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a productive learning environment.
• Assess and provide feedback on students work when required.
• Follow school policies and procedures to support a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching in primary education.
• A flexible and adaptable teaching approach.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive and professional attitude.
