Level 3 Teaching Assitant - Luton

Job: Part time - 20.5 hours per week.

Start date: 6th January 2025

About the Teaching Assistant role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Recruitments:

• positive, enthusiastic and caring approach
• Putting the children's needs first
• skilled in supporting children's learning, enabling them to make progress
• To be a team player with a good sense of humour.
• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Governments Early Years qualifications list.
• DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
• Good level of Qualification in English.
• Able to commute to central Luton in timely fashion.
