Remote Software Developer in Test (SDET): Python, Jenkins, Windows, Linux, Automation, Scripting:

The Role:

We're on the lookout for a skilled Python focused Software Developer (SDET) for a global Cyber Security Technology Solutions business.

You will be working as a member of the energetic R&D Team working on adding additional features to to one of their flagship market leading Cyber Security Endpoint Products.

Duration: 6 months - likely to extend

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Up to £350p/d Umbrella (Inside)

Location: Remote

Technology Stack:

Python and ideally some C++ programming

Python 2 and Python 3 experience is essential.

Jenkins

Windows (ideally Windows on ARM)

Linux OR MACResponsibilities/ Requirements:

Strong Software Development background with Python and C++

Programming on Windows, and either Linux or MAC.

Strong knowledge of Python Scripting for Test Automation.

Experience enhancing/changing an existing product.

Experience porting and migrating automation test frameworks to more updated versions.

Worked with Groovy (or similar) Jenkins pipelines for automated testing.

Experience of working on a Cyber Product would be advantageous but not necessary. Candidates must be based in the UK and have full right to work in order to be considered
