Mechanical Project Manager
Mane are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join their client an M&E Contractor.
You'll be working on a number of projects around the M25 and will be required to have a driving licence.
Experience and Skills Required:
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services and installations, ideally in the commercial sector. Responsibilities include:
Project programming
Preparing and managing technical submittals
Procurement of materials and services
Sub-contractor and labor management
Cost control and budget tracking
Progress reporting to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Overseeing project and program implementation
Interpreting and working from design and technical drawings
Conducting technical and progress meetings
Regular site inspections and snagging
Compiling and delivering O&M manuals
