We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team in the Huntingdon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified professional to kickstart their career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Support procurement and tendering processes.
• Manage project financials, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior team members.
• Contribute to risk management and value engineering activities.

• Newly qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Candidate must be eligible for SC clearance (due to the nature of our projects).
