Supply Desk are working with a well-regarded secondary school in the Hastings area, dedicated to promoting academic excellence. The school s strong attainment across Key Stages reflects this. They are looking to appoint a committed and dedicated Maths Teacher to deliver enthusiastic and engaging lessons for primarily Key Stages 3 and 4. This role is part-time and ideal for those looking for flexibility.

About the role:

The role is a flexible opportunity, providing lessons in Maths for primarily Key Stages 3 and 4, contributing to the school s excellent GCSE attainment. Your lessons will deliver on the National Curriculum and the school s own teaching and learning framework. Dedicated time for planning and marking is also provided. The school are looking for someone with excellent and up-to-date subject knowledge, good classroom management and a positive approach to teaching and building relationships.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject. A recognised teaching qualification is a plus.
• Have recent experience teaching in UK Schools
• Be a committed team player
• Proven track record of high attainment in results
• Be confident and engaging when delivering lesson content
• Have strong classroom management and rapport-building skills
• Enthusiastic in contributing to the wider school community in and out of the classroom
