• Organise the flow of work within the department.
• Maintain records and learn the location of Company service data, material, drawings, and procedures.
• Record and store test data accurately and to a high standard.
• Write detailed service reports following service and corrective work on customer units.
• Contribute to the daily running of the service department, ensuring efficient handling of service jobs and maintaining the workshop when required.
