Project Manager - CONTRACT
The Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead critical operational projects that transform processes and improve field-based activities. This role is pivotal in implementing change initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and deliver measurable improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Operational Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in field operations and design innovative solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
Change Management: Lead and embed change initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped, trained, and aligned with new systems and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field staff, to gather insights, address challenges, and secure buy-in for project goals. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within field-based or operational settings.
Background in Utilities / Water / Telecoms / SMART
Strong understanding of change management principles and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (preferred). Location: North West - 4 days on site
Salary: Contract Day Rate
