This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in the Glasgow region, committed to providing quality housing solutions. With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Factoring Team.
The Housing Association is one of the country's largest social landlords. They provide around 8,000 quality affordable homes for rent and sale to those least able to compete in other sectors of the housing market.

Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of a high-quality factoring service that meets the identified needs of customers in accordance with the required local offers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the factoring team, including line management of staff.
• Issuing invoices and dealing with factored properties, including billing and assisting with communal repairs.
• Managing all complaints about the service area in line with policy.
• Liaising with factored owners on communal repairs.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery.
