As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery team working to deliver a product within agreed timescales,

to cost and quality standards. You will form a partnership with a Product Manager in order to deliver value against the

product vision. Delivery Managers play a key part in delivery, as the name suggests, They make sure that:

Delivery teams know what their Product Manager's desired outcomes/visions are

Delivery teams are empowered to make decisions about how to best achieve those outcomes

Delivery teams are inspecting and adapting their processes to get the best out of themselves

Delivery teams can focus on their work by resolving issues and protecting the team from outside interference Overall, Delivery Managers will have a key impact on the success of teams by helping them to deliver value as early as

possible
