About the role: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students in their learning journey. Your primary focus will be assisting students in Key Stage 2 to reach their full potential through targeted boosters, interventions, and classroom support. You will work with individuals and small groups, adapting to their unique needs, whether in literacy, numeracy, or other core subjects. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and eager to make a tangible impact in education.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children in a school setting, ideally in KS2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible attitude to meeting student needs.
• Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering small-group interventions in core subjects.
• Provide 1:1 support for students needing additional help to access the curriculum.
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement lesson plans and adapt strategies for individual student needs.
• Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being among students.
