Bandsaw Operative
My client in the Stainborough area of Barnsley are looking for an engineering labourer / bandsaw opeartive.
Duties of the Role:
•Ability to read from technical drawings.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy is important, as you will be responsible
•Safe and efficient operation of the equipment, including daily machine checks.
•General housekeeping duties.
•Assisting with any other duties if required.
Saw Operator Requirements:
•Manufacturing experience
•Previous experience with bandsaws
•Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
•Health and safety awareness.
•Fork lift truck trained would be advantageous.
