Hours: 08.30AM - 16.30 / 16.00 Finish on a Friday

The Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Operations Team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Raising and managing work orders efficiently and accurately.
Data entry and maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Completing and processing paperwork for repair work orders.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.Key Skills:
We are looking for a team player with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
The ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload effectively.
