Customer Success Migration Consultant

Fully Remote

Initial 3-month contract

550 - 600, Inside IR35

We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to work on a critical migration project across their Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

As a Customer Success Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the Salesforce Service Cloud migration project.
• Understand client business goals and workflows to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
• Define success metrics for the migration and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and optimization.
• Identify potential risks during the migration process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor post-migration performance and adoption rates, ensuring smooth operational continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in SaaS implementations, preferably involving Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are desirable.
