Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a leading technology organisation supporting a retail client with a printer migration project

You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly.

This is a night working role starting January 2025 until end of February 2025

What will your day-to-day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?

• Managing and booking resource
• Checking in with engineers
• Managing timesheet submissions
• Dealing with any issues or escalations
• Sign off management
• General administrative tasks
  

What are we looking for?

• Candidates with a strong Project Coordinator background dealing with engineers / end clients
• Candidates must be organised and confident when speaking to customers
• Laptop/phone provided

Working Hours

• Project Co-Ordinators are required to work evening shifts Saturday to Wednesday 8pm - 6am

What's on offer?

• You will be paid 160 - 200 per night depending on experience via an Umbrella company
• This role has been deemed and assessed an inside IR35 role
• The above rates are the umbrella company rates
