Gas Engineer (Gas Safe Registered)

Location: Oldham site
Salary: 23 CIS to 31 CIS
Contract Duration: 2 December to 23 March
Start Date: 2 December

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the gas industry and hold the necessary qualifications to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of gas systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and Gas Safe standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot gas system issues effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards on all jobs.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including job reports and certification.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Gas Safe Registered (Essential)
• ACS Qualifications (Essential):
• CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety)
• CENWAT (Central Heating and Water)
• CKR1 (Cooker)
• CPA1 (Combustion Performance Analysis)
• HTR1 (Heating)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Gas Engineer.
• A valid Driving License and DVLA check.
• Ability to provide your Gas Safe Registration number and Gas Card number with your CV submission.
• Applicants should also provide details of:
• When they initially sat their ACS exam.
• The company they were with at the time of training.
• The timescale/duration of the training program.
