Job Description

Our client, Newham Council, is lookging a Building Safety Project Manager (Technical) to join their team.

• 3 days home working / 2 days (office) Bridge Road depot - will be moving to 3 days (office) after Christmas
• Preparation of Building Safety Cases.
• Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
• Preparation of Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications.
• Liaison with internal council teams, contractors and consultants.
• A key member of the Building Safety Team.
