Estate Operative Roofer

Are you an experienced roofer looking for a new challenge? Join our client s team as an Estates Operative (Roofer) located in Devonport Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance
Work on both slate and tiled roofs
Replace and repair soffits and fascias
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard

Requirements:

Previous roofing experience is essential
Good customer skills
Ability to work at heights
Must be physically able to traverse the site
Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills with customers

Skills and Attributes:

Strong understanding of slate and tiled roofs
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliability and strong work ethic

Ability to obtain and hold SC Security clearance is a requirement of this role. UK Nationals only.
