Duration: Minimum 6 months
Rate: 250- 300/day

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Junior Project Manager to support a major IT rollout project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Project Support or PMO, who has a solid understanding of project management systems and practices. Comprehensive training and support will be provided by the on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Runbook Development: Assist in creating the runbook for a Windows 11 device rollout and assume ownership of the document post-approval. (Initial development will be led by the Senior Project Manager.)
• Dashboard Management:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track deployment progress for various stakeholders, including IT Service Managers (ITSMs) and COOs.
  • Provide visual updates to senior management, highlighting progress and potential hot spots for decision-making forums.
• Resource Planning: Collaborate with on-the-ground teams to identify and manage resource requirements.
• Communication Support: Partner with the Communications Manager to ensure accurate and timely information is provided for project updates.
• Issue Triage (as capacity allows): Support the triaging of issues and incidents related to the rollout, ensuring proper prioritization and assignment to relevant teams.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager with various project-related tasks as needed.

• Significant experience in Project Support or PMO roles.
