Key Responsibilities

Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.

Providing one-to-one or small group support to students to boost their learning and confidence.

Assisting with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials.

Helping manage classroom behaviour to maintain a productive learning environment.

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary.

Acting as a positive role model and building strong, supportive relationships with students.

Requirements

A degree (any discipline).

A genuine interest in education and working with young people.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous child-based experience is preferred but not essential.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
