About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join this exceptional team from January 2025. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning and supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of children in the early stages of their primary education. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive and collaborative environment, where professional development is valued and encouraged.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, creating engaging activities, and working closely with the rest of the teaching team to ensure the school’s curriculum is delivered effectively. A key part of this role will be ensuring that children are challenged and supported, so that they achieve their individual best.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• An understanding of the diverse needs of students and an ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support the varied learning needs of students.
