We are looking to recruit a Wayfinding Manager Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Company who operate at the focal point of sports, music, entertainment and culture, serving talent, brands and properties across the world!

What You Can Expect

* Location – Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

* Salary –Up to $85,000

* Work Type – Fixed term contract for 22 months

Main Responsibilities as a Wayfinding Manager Lead

* Lead Wayfinding Team: Manage and motivate a team of wayfinding specialists to ensure project success.

* Develop and Implement Wayfinding Strategies.

* Manage Wayfinding Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee wayfinding design processes, including scope development, planning, and information management.

* Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, venue managers, and other key stakeholders to align wayfinding strategies with overall project goals.

* Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the wayfinding process, from design to installation.

* Manage Project Timeline and Resources: Plan and execute wayfinding projects within budget and time constraints.

* Train and Develop Team: Provide training and support to the wayfinding team on relevant tools, systems, and processes.

* Address Challenges and Risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the wayfinding project.

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

* Proven experience in a project management capacity or equivalent.

* Proven knowledge and experience in design of Look, Signage and Wayfinding for multi-sports international events

* Experience in the operational planning, organisation and problem solving with great attention to detail in multi-sport international events.

* Exceptional planning and organisational skills.

* Creative thinker able to problem solve and provide innovative solutions to client briefs.

* A “hands on” “can do” attitude with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

* Flexibility with travel when needed as this role will be split between North Carolina and the stadiums you’ll be working on.
