Temporary People & Culture Assistant

Location: Head Office, Alloa / Remote Working

Contract Type: Temporary, Full time – 37 hours. Maternity cover for 1 year (or the return to work of the post holder, whichever is sooner)

Salary: £25,715 - £27,533

About the job:

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, the postholder is responsible for providing professional, comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the People & Culture function and assisting with the maintenance of effective and appropriate People & Culture procedures, records and information systems and being able to respond to service needs.

About You:

You will be highly motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to deal with confidential information in a sensitive manner. You will be confident building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, as well as managing and prioritising a diverse workload.
