Electrically Biased Engineer (Assembly & Test)

Outside IR35

6 - 12 Month Contract

Start Date: Jan 2025

£200pd - £250pd DOE (Umbrella/Limited)

5 days per week (8-hour days)

Are you an Electrically biased Engineer with good mechanical skills? Are you looking for a long-term contract role?

My client design, assemble, and test special purpose machinery. Due to a busy order book and lots of ongoing projects, they require a multi skilled engineer to join their team.

On a day-to-day basis you will be wiring looms, control panels and fault-finding PLCs along with some mechanical assembly duties. You will then help to test the machinery to ensure the desired results.

The company is based near to Guildford and candidates will be expected to travel to site daily.

This is a fantastic role for any Electrically biased Engineer to join a growing company where you can work on exciting projects.

The Role:

* Assembly of SPM

* Electrical & Mechanical assembly and testing

* PLC fault finding

* Working on automated machinery

The Candidate:

* Electrically biased with solid mechanical skills

* Experienced with PLC Fault-finding

* Commutable from Guildford

* Ability to read and interpret schematics
