Project Manager (Dry Lining)

Location: Birmingham (B4)

Rate: £250 per day (Personal CIS)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Until September 2025

Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client who are a market-leading Plastering Contractor based in the West Midlands. They are entering a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Project Manager (on a Dry Lining Commercial Project) in Birmingham City Centre.

As a Project Manager, you will be required to oversee roughly 25 lads on-site (including mainly Fixers and Labourers) to really drive the project forward.

Project Manager Duties:

* Managing liaisons and contacts with customers/stakeholders such that positive and ongoing customer relationships are maintained.

* Manage all correspondence related to the project.

* Strategically producing and regularly reviewing project programme (including procurement, Design & Build) to ensure completion on time.

* Ensuring all team members are fully inducted and carry out role specific requirements.

Requirements:

* A Valid CSCS/JIB Black Card.

* A Valid First Aid & Site Health and Safety Certificate.

* Proven first-hand experience within Dry Lining.
