A full membership with CABE or RICS in Building Control is essential to ensure expert professional practice.
At least 5 years of solid experience within the building control sector, demonstrating proficiency and a deep understanding of the field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, providing the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners.
Comprehensive knowledge of current building regulation standards and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and excellence in every project.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, adapting to varied working environments and challenges. Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in managing complex building projects successfully from inception to completion.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
