Job Role- Band 6 Multi-Disciplinary Pathway Worker

Working Hours- Monday-Friday 9am -5pm

Full Address- Medway Young Persons Wellbeing Service, 1 The Courtyard, Campus Way, Gillingham Business Park, Kent, ME80NZ.

DURATION: 3 months

RESPONSIBILITIES: To support substantive staff with managing duty due to demand. Caseload management, care planning, risk assessing, therapeutic intervention and initial assessments whilst working with the MDT.

Skills/experience required:

Assessment skills, risk management skills, formulation skills, treatment skills, caseload management skills. Experience in CAMHS
