Anti-Social Behaviour & Nuisance Officer

A Local Authority in based in the East Midlands are currently recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour & Nuisance Officer.

This role is a full time locum position that offers a hybrid working arrangement. The role will include working out of normal working hours.

The Client is looking for individuals with at least 1 years' experience of working in an enforcement position.

Responsibilities include:

Managing cases relating to anti-social behaviour & domestic nuisance
Investigating all anti-social behaviour, environmental complaints and nuisances
Using ASB Risk assessment to ensure resident impact and vulnerability is properly assessed

Knowledge:

Anti-Social Behaviour
Statutory Nuisance/Environmental Issues
Serving legal notices or devising case files
Safeguarding Procedures and their application in real life.

Please note an Enhanced DBS is a requirement for the role.
