Joiner

Temporary to Permanent Contract

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

17 per hour + Van and Fuel Card

Are you a Multi Trade looking for work in Property? We are looking for Multi Trade Operatives, preferably with a Carpentry/Joinery bias to join a team of trades undertaking works in Social Housing works across North Nottinghamshire

This is a great opportunity which provides weekly pay, a great team, van, uniform and excellent colleagues amongst other benefits.

Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:

• Undertaking a wide range of Joinery duties within residential properties
• Dealing with tenants and customer queries
• Responding to emergency repairs
• Travelling across the North Nottinghamshire region
• Driving company vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works, but potentially Tiling, Painting, Decorating, Plumbing or Plastering alongside - depending on your skillset

To succeed in the Multi Skilled Joiner role you will have:

• Previous experience in domestic works
• A qualification in Carpentry/Joinery OR equivalent experience
• A driving licence which allows you to drive a van in the UK
