Year 6 Teaching Assistant
Location: London Borough of Haringey
Start Date: January 2025
Daily Rate: 90- 95 p/day, with a pay rise after 12 weeks

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in a vibrant, community-led primary school?

Sanza Teaching Agency is proud to partner with a dynamic primary school in Haringey in their search for a dedicated Year 6 Teaching Assistant.

As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs.
• Deliver small group interventions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Help prepare and support pupils for Year 6 SATs.
• Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Play a key role in improving the learning experience for all pupils, particularly those with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience supporting children within a classroom setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Experience working with SEND pupils (essential).
• Experience supporting pupils in Year 6 (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children.

• Competitive daily rate of 90- 95, with a pay rise after 12 weeks.
