GSL Education London are seeking an Exams and Data Manager for a long-term role in Haringey. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team, ensuring the smooth running of exams and the accuracy of school data processes.

About the Role

As an Exams and Data Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of examination management and data administration within the school. Your expertise will support the academic progress and operational success of students and staff alike.

Exams and Data Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of internal and external examinations.
• Maintain and manage student data systems with accuracy and confidentiality as a Data and Exams Manager.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, heads of departments, and external examination boards.
• Ensure compliance with examination regulations and school policies.
• Provide analysis of student performance data to inform teaching and learning strategies.
• Handle the administration of exam entries, results processing, and certification.
• Create and generate interim reports to parents on students progress and achievements
• Input data, check information and run reports for senior members of staff, directors of learning, and teaching and support staff as required to help highlight trends, results, best practice and potential risks.
• Provide concise and accurate data and reports for SLT to facilitate the effective management of whole school target setting to raise standards and performance.
• Responsible for ensuring that statutory returns are completed accurately and on time
• Work with the school office manager in the creation and implementation of the school Timetable

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data and examination management, preferably within a school setting.
• Proficiency in data management systems such as SIMS or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UK examination processes and regulations is essential.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is desirable but not mandatory.
