About the role:
As the EYFS Teacher, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of early learners. You’ll create a stimulating and nurturing environment, fostering the physical, emotional, and academic development of children aged 3-5. This role calls for an individual who can inspire creativity, encourage independence, and build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy.
You’ll also collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to education, with a focus on personalized learning and development.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in Early Years or Primary education.
• A creative approach to teaching and a passion for early childhood development.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s development.
• Promote a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
