Experienced Machine Operators (Night Shift)

Rugby

6pm - 6am (4 on / 4 off) but training on days (6am - 6pm) for approx 2 months.

Full Time -T emp 2 Perm

17.43 p/hour ( 16.05 p/hour when training on days)

We are looking for 3 x experienced machine operators who can commit to the night shift working 4 x 12 hour shifts within a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a manual, active, hands on role where you operate various machinery used to create aerospace fasteners. You could be using paint spraying machinery, grinding, coating products in chemicals or performing inspection work.

There will be production and quality targets to fit, you will be using mics, verniers and height gauges and some of the inspection will be done using a microscope.

You start off training on a day shift of 6am - 6pm for approx 2 months before then switching to nights (you must switch and cannot stay on days).

When working 4 on / 4 off - all 7 days of the week are working days and you work a block of 4 which will mean you work some weekends.

To be considered : you MUST be local to Rugby, flexible enough to work the shift, able to commit to nights, have at least 2 years machine operating experience and be confident with precision instruments.

• Average of 42 hours paid per week ( average out over the year).
