StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for a company based in Mossend.

We are looking for highly motivated Class 1 Day & Night Drivers with valid licenses, who can take on the company s ethos and assist us in the support of our client s day-to-day operation.

Remuneration (Umbrella Rates):

Monday to Friday Days £22.07

Monday to Friday Nights £29.80

Responsibilities:

• Trunks to either other distribution sites or deliveries to stores.
• Night runs are mainly trunking.
• Some drops may include handball with others being forklift off.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

• HGV1/ LGV1 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 24 months)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Experience driving container loaded trailers
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude.
