Are you a Maths specialist seeking a long-term role starting in January 2025?

Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools on the Wirral who are seeking a Maths Teacher for a long-term position starting on Monday 6th January. This post will continue until July 2025 covering a vacant position. Our client school are seeking aMaths Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4.

The successful Maths Teacher will be joining a department who provide a broad, ambitious curriculum that enables all students to reach their potential. Our client builds strong foundations through declarative knowledge of mathematical facts and properties. The Maths curriculum develops conceptual understanding, skills, and strategic thinking to equip students for further study and life.

Pay for this position is up to 223.62 per day, depending on experience.

To be considered for this Maths Teacher position based in Wirral the essentials are:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
