Your new company
You will be working through Hays as a HR Administrator for one of our clients based in West Hull. This role is initially for 12 weeks, but there is the potential for the position to become permanent.
Your new role
You will be supporting the recruitment team in producing contracts, checking and uploading candidate compliance, including Right to Work checks onto their database. You will liaise with new starters on the progress of their checks, coordinate work schedules and travel. You will book onto and keep accurate records of training courses attended.
You will work with the internal teams to provide CVs and information on relevant candidates for their live internal vacancies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of supporting recruitment with a focus on candidate registration and compliance.
You have strong communication and IT skills and are able to keep an accurate database of relevant candidates for live vacancies.
You will have knowledge of Right to Work checks and be able to work within GDPR.
What you'll get in return
