Year 2 Learning Support Assistant - Woodford Green, Redbridge

About the Role:

Position: Year 2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Woodford Green, Redbridge

Daily Pay: £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support for two Year 2 pupils who find it challenging to settle in lessons.

Help ensure the children can access the curriculum and stay focused on tasks.

Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an LSA who:

Has previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs.

Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach.

Is confident in managing classroom behaviours and promoting positive interactions.

Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
