Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure Project, West London

Contract: £(Apply online only) per day / Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking your next exciting challenge? Join a leading main contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.

This is a 6 month contract role, offering a competitive day rate of £500-£600 (inside IR35) via an Umbrella Company.

Role Overview

As a key member of the commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of large concrete structures on the high-profile project. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing costs, contracts, and budgets to maximize project profitability.

Preparing accurate valuations, forecasts, and final accounts.

Overseeing subcontractor procurement and payment.

Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.

Collaborating closely with project teams to drive project success.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with:

Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to manage change processes effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
