Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students' learning and development. Whether providing one-to-one support or assisting in small groups, you'll help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children in their academic, social, and emotional development.

Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.

Providing tailored support to meet individual student needs.

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a love of learning.

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).

Experience working with primary school-aged children.

A proactive and patient attitude with excellent communication skills.

A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
