Our client is seeking a proactive and reliable Estate Operative to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

• Carrying out daily litter picking and maintaining the cleanliness of estate grounds.
• Cleaning communal areas, including bin stores and other shared spaces.
• Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers and residents when required.
• Supporting the wider team with general upkeep and other tasks as needed.

• Full UK driving licence - essential for this role.
• Ability to pass a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) - required before starting work.
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as grounds maintenance, cleaning, or caretaking, is highly desirable.
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
