Position: Attendance Administrator (School-based)

Location: Birmingham

Start date: ASAP

An Attendance Administrator position has arose within a Secondary school in Birmingham. This is your opportunity to be apart of a loving school team.

To be successful for this role, you will make a positive contribution to the development of the school through: Monitoring attendance data, identifying trends and areas for concern, liaising with staff and pupils to reduce the amount of absences and keeping track of manual and electronic attendance records.

You must be able to maintain a positive and friendly School image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, pupils, external companies and parents in person, online, and via telephone.

This position is a full-time role which will require you working 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
