About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Logistics Site Manager for a one-day cover position in Didcot. This role involves managing various site personnel, including labourers, traffic marshalls, cleaners, handymen, and plant operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage logistics and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.

Requirements:

• SMSTS Certification: Essential for site management.
• Gold CSCS Card: Minimum requirement.
• First Aid Certificate: Required for immediate response to any incidents.
• Experience: Previous experience in managing diverse teams on a construction site is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Schedule: 10 hours of work, fully paid.
