Learning Support Assistant Opportunity in Enfield - Immediate Start

Position Details

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 8:15 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £90-£95 per day

Location: Enfield

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant

As an LSA, you will:

Support students with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve academic and personal success.

Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to implement effective strategies for underachieving students.

Provide tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning and foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with students with SEN or additional needs (preferably in a secondary school setting).

A passion for helping underachieving students thrive.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

A collaborative approach and a strong team ethic.To be successful, you will need:

An enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.

Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).

A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.

The legal right to work in the UK.
